Offline Yoga Classes


Our Yoga Centre is located at T.Nagar, Chennai. We offer regular yoga classes from Monday to Saturday and the timings of the class schedules are given below.All the classes are taught under the watchful guidance of Guruji Dr.Lakshmi Andiappan and his team of well experienced and qualified yoga masters. Before joining our regular yoga classes all students are recommended to undergo a general health assessment conducted by our yoga therapist. Yoga Therapy Classes


The Lakshmi Andiappan Yoga Centre offers specialized Yoga Therapy programs tailored to address specific health issues such as back pain, neck pain, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). These programs are designed to provide holistic and therapeutic benefits through targeted yoga practices, helping individuals manage and alleviate their conditions effectively.

Relieves chronic and acute back pain by strengthening the back muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture.

Alleviates neck pain by improving neck flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and correcting posture.


Kids Yoga


The earlier one starts yoga the better it is to improve general health and flexibility. Kids can start practicing yoga from the age of 4.

Yoga promotes physical strength because kids learn to use all of their muscles in new ways. Simple postures and concentration techniques are taught in this class that helps develop strength, agility and coordination. It also helps children to focus and concentrate in school and get better grades.

It also provides tools for practicing compassion, mindfulness, generosity, focus, strength, and flexibility.

Yoga is something children can practice anywhere without the need of any tools or enquipments, so it is the best family activity if the parents also learn yoga.


Pregnancy Yoga


These classes focus on gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods that are safe and beneficial for both the mother and the baby. he Pregnancy Yoga program is thoughtfully designed to support the unique needs of pregnant women through all stages of their pregnancy.

The program aims to improve physical strength, flexibility, and mental well-being, helping to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts and prepare the body for labor and delivery. The Lakshmi Andiappan Yoga Centre offers specialized Pregnancy Yoga classes designed to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey.
